People everywhere seem to adhere to the status quo. A leader needs to move beyond the status quo and bring the organisation along with them. They need to lead others to the place that you and your organisation needs to be, to prosper and help humanity.

Just following the status quo forms a sort of vicious cycle. Gold Vision will help you break the circle!

If one thinks only on their own, sooner or later they will hit this
limitation. One may not be aware of it, but he/she often ends
up going round and round in a circle. Of course, it is possible
for people to get out of the situation, but more often than not
they cannot. A leader can take their mind outside of this
vicious circle and help them achieve their goal.
