Real work

Past two months had been the most challenging period of my life. Fortunately I was able to survive the storm and have learned so many things during the time.
The most important learning is this.
If we really want to gain trust of people you work with, we need to dive into the detail and struggle together with them. I knew this and thought that I was doing so, but now I feel my effort was not sufficient.
