Why does Leadership need CEO Coaching? Because the challenges the CEO faces are not just his/her own problems, but many of the challenges are crucial and involve the entire company. In CEO coaching, a coach works with both the CEO and people in the company to align them to find ways to solve their problems and achieve their goals. The coaches know how to ask the right questions to bring out the best from their clients. This takes effort as people in your organization can see the same situation in very different ways, that is the way the human brain works.
